Sinopse:
A vida nas cidades funcionam agora através de uma fonte de energia conhecida como Enetron. Uma organização maléfica de uma outra dimensão, conhecida como Vaglass, pretende roubar essa forte de energia.
Três guerreiros são, então, escolhidos pelo Energy Management Center para se tornarem num grupo de heróis de elite conhecidos como Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters, para assim protegerem a Enetron de qualquer ameaça do mal, tendo a ajuda dos seus Buddy Roids.
